Her role includes developing and implementing strategies to help the organization reach its goals, as well as providing advice and guidance on a variety of topics related to organizational development, leadership, and change management. She also provide executive coaching and mentoring services to help leaders and teams reach their full potential. Additionally, Roslyn is responsible for developing and delivering training programs and workshops to help organizations and individuals reach their goals. She is proud to be a scholar, activist, lawyer, minister, professor, mother and author. Her background in theology, and organizational development provides me with the skills and knowledge to help organizations and individuals reach their goals. She is also an experienced public speaker and has presented at numerous conferences and seminars.
VALERIE SMITH
